Realistically, I can maybe help prepare an order for 3 homes in addition to my own in this 1st round - I want to have all in by July 15th to target delivery in six weeks before the end of August. We can do prep work in July and August.
I worked out an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) relationship with factory to offer my complete, engineered solution under my brand 4Independence. Is being made to my specs / requirements. Vertical posts are 4mm. Stainless fittings. Support 54 inches high (FEMA 48" above floor with 4" step from Garage or Lanai) with 2mm thick aluminum extrusions (33% thicker than 1.5mm and full 2X thicker than 1mm plank systems being offered on Amazon, etc by chinese distributors!
You probably have seen in photos as two or three 20mm planks high because the hydrostatic pressure above that will simply bow them, then leak or, worst case collapse. Hydrostatic pressure increases exponentially as the water gets deeper. That's why FEMA recommends maximum 48 inches for concrete block walls meeting building code. It's not a coincidence that Garrison Flood Control or Rubicon of Cape Coral will only quote to max of 54 inches, (7) 20mm planks on our style of homes.
Compare ~$155/SQFT, $55,000 Project to our ~$45/sqft $12k-$15k project cost

Will be coming directly from the factory to Yacht Club Colony. No distributors. No salesman. Either I will ask delivery truck driver to drop in each person's driveway (for tip) or if will only drop 1 location, I will notify day of arrival.

- Not waterproof in corners, but will significantly slow down any leak, allowing Stage 3 pumps to deal with it

- With 4 to 5 pumps = 5000 gal/hr or 30,000 gallon leak over 6 hrs before major damage

My son was paralyzed in an atv accident Aug 2020. He is 6'3" and 250. His injury is c6-c7. He feels so free and relaxed in the water but nobody had anything but regular life jackets so we would have to add a pool noodle to support his head and neck and a square flat float to hug in front. We also had a problem because he isn't a small man. Nothing that would allow his arms free so he could get some exercise. This life jacket has helped a lot. There are a few tweaks with the neck and crotch straps. If they weren't tight enough in the crotch area then his head could slip lower even though we had the neck piece as secured as we could. But the crotch straps when tightened too much they would be a little irritating and cause Autonomic Dysreflexia. I think I will try adding a pad of some sort around the straps. That was the only issue other than the cost, but we would pay anything to see that smile on his face! Now we just need to buy a pool for our own backyard so we don't have to go on vacation to swim. Thank You! I would highly recommend this life jacket. From a very happy mom that cried with happiness to see her son in a pool and able to move around.

I can personally vouch for these remedy but you would probably need to decide what works best for you.
