Inclusive Living Homes for the Elderly & Disabled

An affordable, dignified, community integrated alternative to large commercial nursing homes and assisted living that empowers the residents.

  • Multi-generational homes 
  • Shared by six to eight adults possibly with age or disability related physical limitations who are able to make their own decisions and choose to live with each other.
  • These adults may receive assistance as needed from a provider of their choice from a licensed Home Care Agency or Nurse Registry of their choice.  Providers may include doctor, nurse, certified nursing assistant, personal care aide, homemaker, or durable medical or assistive technology specialist.
  • A capable couple accountable to the residents may also reside on site in an accessory dwelling unit who are able to:
    • plan and enhance inclusion and participation in the community to create a sense of family
    • provide limited, unscheduled, supplemental compensated assistance to provide continuity of care with visiting providers and agencies
    • coordinate with remote administrative planning and  coordination services
    • drive vehicle at their discretion as planned or available, often adapted for wheelchairs, owned by the home and shared by all residents

Opportunity to Invest through Real Estate

  • Home will be built on typical 10,000 sqft 80' x 125' lots zoned single-family residential in a variety of communities in locations desired by and beneficial to future residents. Choice of location is protected by federal law.
