Positioning the headrest pad is easy with the new modular link hardware. The order, number and orientation is completely customizable to achieve just the right position. All adjustments can be made using the on-board tool in the backrest. Further adjustability is provided by the backrest receiver, which not only holds the headrest at a number of settable heights, but can be flipped to increase height range.
In addition to exceptional comfort and adjustability, the new modular link hardware is strong. Aluminum keys run the length of each link and interlock with those of the next link to maximize surface contact and ensure joint stability. The keys are contained within a molded High Density Polyethylene Shell that is ultrasonically welded along the seams. The result is a strong, though lightweight, headrest mounting system.

Can I have one
I use this switch as a substitute for my left mouse button since I have advanced Duchenne muscular dystrophy. It works fantastic for my needs and last about 2 years before needing to be replaced.

I cannot use my arms due to multiple sclerosis. I was using a mobile on support in OT and it made a huge difference. Using this device I am now able to feed myself and put on make up. It’s giving me some independence. I brought it into OT and it works just as well as the one I was using there.

We purchased a comfort carrier to help us transfer clients into kayaks and all terrain wheelchairs. The carrier is very well made with thick material and strong stitching. It makes transfers much safer, due to the handy large handles for carrying, and also makes lifting a client easier as you can do so with a straight back!
