Fuel Dock was fixed though fairly low. Had 1 step with a sharp turn so was not possible to use wheelchair ramp. However owner, Jim was very friendly, enthusiastic about Loopers. Looked like a great restaurant but was not able to try. Tried to consider how could be made to work for wheelchair. Possibly another dock is better? DO NOT approach in dark. Daylight only. If you deviate out of the channel it is 1' deep and we came in in the dark! Only 1 of 2 Marina open in Panama City as of February, 2019 after Hurricane Michael October 2018
