Electric Fishing Reels

These Electric Motorized Fishing Reels are battery-operated. Anglers operate the reel with a thumb-actuated button located on the rod grip just above the reel. 

Closed-Face Reel preferred by Advanced Anglers

Capable of winching in up to an 8-pound fish. Maybe 25 lb if you can lift up on the rod to play the fish. Production units have been outperforming in the field all expectations of hundreds of very active disabled fishermen!  

History: originally designed and created by Doc Roland Kehr DDS for his son Nathan who was born with only good use of one arm. Performance enhanced and made to support every ability and disability by Broadened Horizons.

New Closed-Face Reel

Capable of winching in up to a 5-pound fish. Maybe 15 lb if you can lift up on the rod to play the fish. Prototype Units are in the field being tested by some of our most active disabled fishermen!  Project Lead: Doc Roland Kehr DDS
