The safety pendant switch is not a stand-alone product. It must be used with an HQ100 or a TM100. The switch acts as a safety, and its button must be pushed and held in order to make the fire option on the HQ100 or TM100 live. It interrupts the signal between the fire option and the trigger mechanism until this button is held. This is a great tool for children or group settings to act as an additional safety so nothing is live until everyone is ready.
