Return or Exchange an Adapted Life Vest / Jacket

Our manufacturing partner provides 1 week, not to exceed 10 days to try on a Life Vest, including the day of delivery according to tracking number. 

If within these 10 days, check out with this service and we will provide return shipping address . Options:

• Exchange = $68. Covers average cost of shipping/import to send you the replacement.  Be sure to include a note of which size or model you would like in exchange and what did not work about the one you're returning.
• Return = $1 (deters spambots). We will issue refund for the purchase price of the jacket + this $1 minus the cost of shipping/import. ($59 for smaller sizes to $79 for larger sizes) after our manufacturing partner receives the returned jacket, inspects it, and issues us a refund.  Please include a note of why you are returning.

*Make sure to try the life jacket without any suncreen or lotion on. Any trace on the life jacket fabric will void the 10 days tryout.
