- Service requests or troubleshooting support will be by video call with Mark Felling, Electrical & Rehabilitation Engineer, himself a standing power wheelchair user for 20 years, with experience designing OEM controls for other wheelchair manufacturers. Any needed parts will be ordered and shipped.
- Customers should have someone mechanically inclined who could help them change batteries or tires or swap out a component with standard hand tools.
