Unlike any other distribution block, uses 6 isolated ports linked, fused, or left open to configure for your application's demands. Two, three, or four battery inputs to two, three, or four fused outputs! Each output has room for two links or Mini-ANL fuses, allowing up to 300A of protection per circuit!
Each port is capable of accepting 0-gauge or 4-gauge power wire, depending on the included tool-less compression fitting used. Now, power for the largest multi-battery installations can easily be routed through one block or even multiple blocks connected in series! Included with this item are your choice of 4 sets of fuses and 2 Mini-ANL Links.
The KNF-60x4 includes four 1/0 Gauge Fittings, two 4 Gauge Fittings, two MANL-Links and your choice of fuses (selected from the drop down menu above)The KNF60 uses 6 isolated ports in its patent pending design. Each is then linked, fused, or left open to configure the block for your application’s demands. Utilizing three platforms to fuse or link these ports makes the KNF60 unlike any distribution block before it. Each output has room for two links or Mini-ANL fuses allowing up to 240A of protection per circuit!
Each port on the KNF60 is capable of accepting 0 gauge or 4 gauge power cable depending on the fitting used. Now power for the largest installations can be easily be routed through one block!

Overview – KNF Series Fuse / Distribution Blocks use our compression fittings to secure the input and output cable connections. By changing the fitting type, the installer can select from 1/0 or 4 gauge input or output
Configuration – To setup your four way fuse block, install the Mini-ANL links across the lower center fuse platform, connecting the two center ports together. The two center ports are now your input and “pass through” port. The pass through port can be used to link your front battery to your rear battery(ies) in one seamless connection into the block. Fuses are then inserted from the center ports using the upper and vertical fuse platforms, connecting the upper and lower, left/right output ports.

How do I determine what size fuses I need for this fuse block?
Each output of a fuse distribution block normally is connected to a single amplifier. Each amplifier will have either a fuse on board or the manufacture will state within the manual’s installation guide or spec sheet what the max fuse rating or current draw of the amplifier is. If your amp has three 30A fuses on boards, you want a 100A fuse for that particular output of this block (90A is not an option we offer). If the second amp has a single 40A fuse, then a 40A fuse goes into that output of the block and thus a 100A and 40A would be required.
The KNF-60 has many configurations, am I able to change to a different option later?
Yes, the KNF-60 can be reconfigured at any time using additional links or fuses. It is up to the installer to configure the KNF-60 to bet match your installation’s needs.

My son was paralyzed in an atv accident Aug 2020. He is 6'3" and 250. His injury is c6-c7. He feels so free and relaxed in the water but nobody had anything but regular life jackets so we would have to add a pool noodle to support his head and neck and a square flat float to hug in front. We also had a problem because he isn't a small man. Nothing that would allow his arms free so he could get some exercise. This life jacket has helped a lot. There are a few tweaks with the neck and crotch straps. If they weren't tight enough in the crotch area then his head could slip lower even though we had the neck piece as secured as we could. But the crotch straps when tightened too much they would be a little irritating and cause Autonomic Dysreflexia. I think I will try adding a pad of some sort around the straps. That was the only issue other than the cost, but we would pay anything to see that smile on his face! Now we just need to buy a pool for our own backyard so we don't have to go on vacation to swim. Thank You! I would highly recommend this life jacket. From a very happy mom that cried with happiness to see her son in a pool and able to move around.
