What is C3 Quadriplegia? 

The C3 forms the midsection of the cervical spine, near the base of the neck. C1-C4 are the most severe of the spinal cord injury levels. The higher up in the spine an injury occurs, the more damage that is caused to the central nervous system. Learn More

Typical Abilities of persons with C3 Quadriplegia:

 May be able to use powered wheelchairs with special controls to move around on their own. Can speak, blow a puff of air, clench jaw and move head. May have limited arm movement. Head gamer, quad mouse, sip/puff play package are good suggestions for someone who has C3 Quadriplegia.

Typical Disabilities:

Disabilities can include, but are not limited to: Paralysis, bladder control, speaking ability becoming impaired, and requiring full-time assistance.
