Getting a good workout for quadriplegics is challenging when you only have a few limited muscle groups such as the deltoids in the shoulders, biceps, brachioradialis below the elbow for C5's, a few chest and back muscles plus triceps for C6 and C7s.

A further challenge is most equipment is made with hand grips you must have a full hand-grasping function to utilize.
