Adapter Cable to allow electric power wheelchairs with R-net or DX Joystick or Head Array Controls on Permobil and Invacare power wheelchairs to be used toprovide up, down, left, right, and select control. Use your wheelchair joystick or head controls to control many external devices that require digital directional control. Plugs into Mini-Din 6 pin Multi-Directional Digital Port that can be found on many Broadened Horizons and partner's devices such as:
- Adaptive Video Game Controls including Microsoft Adaptive Controller
- USB Computer, Tablet, or Smart Phone Mouse Controller
- Motorized Camera Tripod Head
- Housemate Bluetooth ECU with Augmentative Communications for Android and iOS
Requires Input/Output (IOM) Module installed on your wheelchair from your Wheelchair Manufacturer/Dealer. Adapter cables available for:
- Permobil = R-Net to Mini-Din 6-Pin Digital Joystick Interface Cable
- Requires PG Drives Input/Output IOM module for R-Netfor Permobil features 7 relay outputs. MANUAL
- Invacare = DX to Mini-Din 6-Pin Digital Joystick Interface Cable. Requires:
- DX-ECU Environmental Control UnitMANUAL- Needs the DX-SCR, the G90 or the G91 Remotes to operate Uses the Secondary driving Remote as input control '8 Output mode' controls up to eight separate devices DX-ECU 'Mouse mode' acts as a mouse mover, fifth switch acts as click Environmental Control Unit Up to two DX-ECU modules in one DX System All outputs are isolated relay contacts
- Invacare Auxiliary Module 34 (AUX34M6) - Same as Auxiliary Module 12 with an additional mono port. To add a 5th switch and allow 5 switch closures through the output.
- Invacare Auxiliary Module 12 (AUX12M6) - Provides two 9 pin ECU outputs with 4 switch closures each. 50% size of the original ECU boxes.
9-Pin Female end of cable plugsinto required Invacare Output Module (IOM) for DX. Available separately from Invacare or Contact Us.
1 - Up, 2 - Down, 3 - Left, 4 - Right, 5 - Not Used, 6 - Select, 7 - N/A, 8 - Common, 9 - N/A (Tested with Motorized Tripod Head)
